Stick to Values, Not Diets
I don’t believe in diets. Diets don’t work in the long-term. They just restrict you. The only exception I make is if someone says they’re vegetarian or vegan. That’s different because it’s more of a lifestyle that a restriction. But if you simply say “I don’t eat carbs”, that’s more like restricting yourself.
